Annapolis Neurology Associates

Effective January 2024: Annapolis Neurology will be billing the code G2211 for all chronic conditions.  Most carriers are paying for it. If your insurance plan does not cover this code and you are billed $16.00, we recommend that you appeal with your insurance carrier.

Welcome a new provider to the practice! Heather Travis, NP has accepted a position with Annapolis Neurology.  She will start seeing patients in early 2024.

New Patient Appointments: 

We are currently not evaluating new patients for concussion, limb spasticity, memory, Parkinson's Disease or tremors. We hope to be able to accommodate these patients in the future.​​​

For new patient memory evaluations:  Please feel free to look at the attached support information and contact a comprehensive memory specialists.  Annapolis Neurology Associates  currently does not have a provider specializing or treating memory loss, Dementia, or Alzheimer's disease.
